Rebecca Jany lives and works in Berlin. She studied English Literature at the Freie Universität Berlin and Literary Translation at the University of East Anglia and translates literature and all things related, for example for the magazine Transdimensional Horror Express, for prison art projects and film productions.
She is a member of the Berliner Literarische Aktion which, besides its many other cultural activities, presents monthly literary salons. She also works as an English teacher and coordinator in international education.
