Wena Poon is the author of Lions In Winter, The Proper Care of Foxes, The Biophilia Omnibus, and Alex y Robert. Her books have been twice nominated for the Frank O’Connor Award in Ireland, the Singapore Literature Prize, the Reader’s Choice Awards in Malaysia, and voted Best Book Gift of the Year by CNN Singapore. In 2010, she won the Willesden Herald International Short Story Prize. Her first UK-published novel Alex y Robert was adapted by BBC Radio 4 and broadcast worldwide as a two-week radio series. She is a graduate of Harvard University and Harvard Law School and lives in the United States.
