Marina Mayoral, one of Spain’s leading novelists, and a recognized expert on the work of literary figures such as Rosalía de Castro and Emilia Pardo Bazán, is currently a Professor of Spanish Literature at Complutense University in Madrid. Her novels have been translated into Chinese, German, Italian, Polish, and Portuguese.
