Kathryn Sutherland is Professor of Bibliography and Textual Criticism at the University of Oxford. She was previously Professor of Modern English Literature at the University of Nottingham and is the author of publications such as Jane Austen’s Textual Lives: From Aeschylus to Bollywood and (with Marilyn Deegan) Transferred Illusions: Digital Technology and the Forms of Print (2009).
