Jeff Barry is Associate Professor and Associate University Librarian at Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia. In addition to writing fiction, he has published a dozen articles in library literature, and presented about digital libraries at conferences in the Caribbean, England, India, and the U.S. He has held faculty positions at the University of Tennessee, Old Dominion University, the University of Miami, and Seton Hall University. He holds a B.A. in English from Sewanee, the University of the South, and a M.S. in Library Science from the University of Tennessee. He lived in Argentina for eight years where he researched and blogged about the cultural heritage of Buenos Aires.
