Harrison Cheng’ oli Misiko is a journalist who lives in Nairobi, Kenya. He was born in 1985 in Webuye, Western Kenya, with Bukusu as his first language. In 2009, he graduated from Maseno University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Media. Since then he has worked as a news reporter for the Kiswahili newspaper, Taifa Leo [Daily Nation], and as a news correspondent for the FM radio stations Easy and Q FM. Harrison Misiko has taught Journalism at the Dominion Training Institute, Bungoma, and at the Eldoret Professional and Accountancy College (EPAC) in Eldoret, Kenya. He is also a translator between English and Kiswahili. He is planning to enrol for an MA in Kiswahili at the University of Nairobi.
