Laura Moser is a fiction writer, journalist, and editor in Washington, D.C. She is the author of a Bette Davis biography and the co-author of four young-adult novels, the most recent of which, My Darklyng, was published serially on Slate. She writes regularly for the Off Duty section of the Wall Street Journal and hopes to publish her first novel within the decade.
