Laura Richardson is a graduate of the MFA creative writing program at Florida International University, where she received an Academy of American Poets award. She currently lives in Miami where she teaches writing and serves as a poetry editor at Sliver of Stone Magazine. She has poems forthcoming in The Oxford American and Wingbeats (Dos Gatos Press).
