The mission of The International Literary Quarterly is to provide a forum for outstanding writers, personally invited by the review, and among the most gifted of their generation.
 
To this end, we are grateful for all donations, however small, which will enable us to reward authors for their literary output--that amalgam of creativity and discipline which is always hard-won yet often disregarded-- while enabling the review to cover its operating costs.
